At least it’s better than not voting at all! Or is it?
A third-party vote is a vote for Trump.
If you vote third party, you’re throwing your vote away.
Like me, some of you may have read these retorts in the media lately, or even heard them in conversation with someone. And like me, maybe some of you also know people who plan on voting third party.
Voting third party seems to be more popular this election than the last few, mostly because of what’s happening in Gaza. Understandably, people are upset with Kamala’s rhetoric around or handling of the issue, but also faithless in Trump to do anything about it, either.
But what’s the deal? How much truth is there to these statements? Will a third-party vote signify a better future — and better choices — for this country? And most importantly, is it really so wrong to vote third party?

As all of us are aware, the whole point of voting is to show preference for a candidate and, ideally, elect that preferred candidate.
